By using Washeroo Valet, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, reliable, and respectful experience for both our customers and our team.
Service Days
Standard pickup and drop-off days are Monday through Sunday
Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the same day as a scheduled pickup are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
Service Cancellations by Washeroo Valet
If we need to cancel your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
Payment Due
Payment is due at the time of drop-off. Accepted payment methods will be shared with you during scheduling.
Damage & Loss Disclaimer
Washeroo Valet is not responsible for:
Damage to garments
Lost or missing items
Stains that cannot be removed through standard washing
Items left in pockets (including pens, gum, receipts, etc.)
Washing & Drying Standards
All laundry is washed on cold using regular or free & clear detergent
All laundry is dried on medium heat using 100% wool dryer balls.
Clothes are not separated by color unless discussed and approved in advance.
Any changes to washing or drying preferences must be agreed upon before service.
Hanger Requests
Customers requesting hanging service must provide a separate bag of hangers at pickup
Hung garments will be returned in a plastic garment bag, unless otherwise agreed upon
Pickup Preparation
Laundry must be placed on your porch in a tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag
Bags must not be overfilled and must be free of rips or tears
Return Packaging
Clean laundry will be returned in a clear plastic bag, unless otherwise discussed
Customer Responsibility
Please count your items before pickup to ensure accuracy upon return.
Our Process
We perform an inventory check prior to washing; however, we rely on the customer’s initial count for final verification.
For health and safety reasons, Washeroo Valet does not accept laundry containing or contaminated with:
Blood
Oil
Bugs or insects of any kind
Chemicals
Hazardous fluids or substances
Urine
Fecal matter
On a case-by-case basis, and depending on severity, we may accept items with accidental contamination (such as urine or fecal stains) for an additional sanitization fee. This must be discussed and approved before service.
Washeroo Valet reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:
Unsafe pickup conditions
Improperly bagged laundry
Repeated violations of these terms
Same-Day Cancellation Fee: $10
Sanitization Fee: Applied to items with accidental contamination (case by case)
Pet Hair Fee: May apply to items with excessive pet hair requiring additional cleaning
Purchasing
Gift cards may be purchased in any available service amount and do not expire.
Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used cards.
Transferability
Gift cards may be transferred to another individual but must be presented at the time of service.
Redemption
Gift cards may be applied to standard services only. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used toward additional fees unless otherwise agreed upon.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Washeroo Valet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
Washeroo Valet reserves the right to update services, pricing, or policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or direct customer contact. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
